Was war die Motivation daf\u00fcr?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Meine Frau Jennifer und ich wollten unser eigenes Reich haben, darin tun und lassen k\u00f6nnen, was wir wollen. Und nat\u00fcrlich war es uns wichtig, Werte f\u00fcr unsere Kinder Jonas und Felix zu schaffen und nicht ein Leben lang Miete zu zahlen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Warum haben Sie sich f\u00fcr eine zentrale Wohnrauml\u00fcftung entschieden?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Da wir ein modernes KfW-Effizienzhaus 70 gebaut haben, war klar, dass wir den ben\u00f6tigten Luftaustausch nicht durch regelm\u00e4\u00dfiges Fenster\u00f6ffnen und -schlie\u00dfen w\u00fcrden erm\u00f6glichen k\u00f6nnen. Und nat\u00fcrlich haben uns die Vorz\u00fcge einer zentralen Wohnrauml\u00fcftung schnell \u00fcberzeugt: Sie sorgt f\u00fcr einen regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Luftwechsel und eine konstant hohe Luftqualit\u00e4t. Sie sch\u00fctzt vor Schimmelbildung, entfernt Ger\u00fcche aus Bad, K\u00fcche und WC.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Und warum ist es das Heiz- und L\u00fcftungssystem geworden, das Sie jetzt haben?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ich wollte mein System komplett aus einer Hand haben. Und das bietet mir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vaillant.de\/heizung\/produkte\/produktgruppen\/lueftung\/\">Vaillant<\/a>: Ich kann mein Gas-Brennwertger\u00e4t, meine Solaranlage, meinen Speicher und meine L\u00fcftung mit einem Regler sowie per App aus der Ferne steuern, da alle Anlagenteile miteinander kommunizieren. Das ist f\u00fcr mich das Optimale.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wie lebt es sich mit Ihrer L\u00fcftung?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Super! Wir haben in unserem Haus festgestellt, dass L\u00fcften keine Gewohnheit, sondern ein Gef\u00fchl ist. Zuvor haben wir in einem ged\u00e4mmten Haus Baujahr 2001 gelebt, in dem wir im Winter dauernd die Fenster \u00f6ffnen mussten, da uns die Luft bei laufender Heizung schnell zu feucht wurde. Das ist jetzt vorbei. Nun haben wir stets frische Luft, ohne daf\u00fcr etwas tun zu\u00a0 m\u00fcssen. Oder durch Ger\u00e4usche daran erinnert zu werden. Denn die L\u00fcftung h\u00f6ren wir h\u00f6chstens, wenn es im Haus ganz still ist und wir uns darauf konzentrieren. Und dann auch nur \u00e4u\u00dferst minimal. Im normalen Alltag ist die L\u00fcftung nicht wahrzunehmen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wissen Sie schon, wie viel Heizkosten Ihnen die L\u00fcftung spart?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mit der L\u00fcftung sparen wir speziell im Winter, wenn sie die in der Abluft enthaltene W\u00e4rme zur\u00fcckgewinnt. Seit unserem Einzug Ende letzten Jahres haben wir dadurch ca. 140 Euro Heizkosten gespart. Die L\u00fcftung selbst verursacht Stromkosten in H\u00f6he von 50 Euro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Wie sieht es mit Wartungs- und anderen Kosten aus?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Es fallen lediglich Materialkosten an, da wir unsere L\u00fcftung selbst warten. Das kann \u00fcbrigens jeder! Einmal im Jahr m\u00fcssen die beiden Kassettenfilter des L\u00fcftungsger\u00e4tes gewechselt werden, das Set kostet ca. 50 Euro. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen die Filter in den Luftansaugen der R\u00e4ume alle paar Monate gewechselt werden. Hier kosten 12 St\u00fcck 30 Euro. Wenn sie nur leicht verschmutzt sind, reicht es auch, sie abzusaugen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Was ist bei der Planung zu ber\u00fccksichtigen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Planung ist das A und O! Als erstes muss die Luftmenge des Hauses berechnet werden, um die Leistung der L\u00fcftung ermitteln zu k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem muss \u00fcberlegt werden, wo die Luftausl\u00e4sse in den R\u00e4umen positioniert werden \u2013 also zum Beispiel nicht \u00fcber Sitzpl\u00e4tzen, um Zugerscheinungen zu vermeiden. Weiterhin muss die Zu- und Abluft im Au\u00dfenbereich geplant werden. Besondere Anforderungen resultieren zudem aus dem Zusammenspiel von Wohnrauml\u00fcftung und raumluftabh\u00e4ngingen W\u00e4rmeerzeugern wie Gas-Heizger\u00e4ten oder Kaminen. Daher kann ich nur empfehlen, einen Fachplaner hinzuziehen.
